This month’s Cookalong is a gooey-centered delight much like a chocolate
fondant - Molten Chocolate Babycakes. You will need to use individual
pudding moulds or ramekins, and do take the trouble to line them to
ensure the mini puddings come safely out of their tins or ramekins. Then
you can make your batter ahead if you wish and leave it in the fridge
until you are ready to cook your puddings. Serve them with ice cream,
cream or however you wish. Photograph your babycakes, add your caption,
then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed
book of Nigella’s. We will upload your entry, and will announce the
winner after the end of the month.
